Friday, June 10th, 2022 - Camper Line Up @ 3pm /Gates @ 5pm / Music @ 6pm til 10:30pm
Saturday, June 11th, 2022 - Gates @ 11am / Music @ 12pm til 10:30pm
Sunday, June 12th, 2022 - Gates @10am / Music @ 11am til 5:30pm

General festival rules and guidelines

Requirement unique to Campers and Car/tent campers in the "Billtown Blues Campgrounds" restricted area:

Ticket Packages will be sold separately to:

  1. The Camping space owner/driver who must be 21 or older and show a valid drivers license upon entering the restricted camping area

  2. All additional campers who will access the restricted area.

General Festival info

What to bring:

  • Standard size lawn chair

  • Sun Screen

  • Umbrellas may be used between performances

"Billtown Blues Campgrounds" Premium Camping and Car/Tent Rules and guidelines:

  • All Camping packages are advance registrations only. 

  • Camping groups who which to park in close proximity must stage outside of the grounds and enter in tandem.  

  • Campers and Car/tent campers will have a private entrance to their location, follow the camping entrance signs for entrance.  

            

"Billtown Blues Campgrounds" Premium Camping Location Features and Benefits:

  • Camping reservation include music access for all three days

  • Restricted camping area, each camp lot space is 25' x 40' approx.

  • Space will accommodate 1 camper with vehicle or 1 RV and 1 additional camper vehicle.

  • Campsite includes electric and water hook ups

  • Restricted Camp area includes “real” restrooms with coin op showers

  • Available electrical hookups are 110 volts; 20 amp, 30 amp, or 50 amp services.

  • There are no clean-out services at the hookup locations, but clean-out service is available late Saturday afternoon if needed, by appointment, for $30; there are real bathrooms and coin operated showers in the restricted camping area.  

 

"Billtown Blues Campgrounds"Car/Tent Location Features and Benefits:

  • Car/tent reservation includes music access for all three days

  • Restricted car/tent area, each lot space is 12' x 40' approx. 

  • Restricted car/tent camping area includes “real” restrooms with coin op showers

General Guidelines

Prohibited Items

  • All glass (entire grounds are used for horse shows and 4-H animal exhibits following the festival).

  • All pets, except documented service dogs. (See more details below)

  • All BBQ grills, except in restricted camping areas

  • All weapons

  • All illegal substances

  • All lasers, drones and Chinese latterns

Wolf Run Veterinary Clinic in nearby Pennsdale is offering a special rate during the Festival weekend.

Updated Rules for Pets!

Only documented service dogs permitted in the "music only" area

        RV/CAMPER's are permitted pets.

        a) must have Vet records indicating all shots are current

        b) must be maintained in the RV or Camper with safe temperatures

        c) must be walked using a maximum 6' leash

        d) All "nature calls" business must be conducted in the designated area and clean up #2.

        e) only pets that can be cared for within an RV /Camper (no Tent pets or reptiles) are permitted.
 

Note: this is the first time allowing pets in the camping area. We ask all pet owners to be pet responsible and respectful of their non-pet-owning neighbors so that the pet policy can continue.

Ticket Holder Agreement 

When making your ticket purchase, you are agreeing that you have read all event guidelines and are willing to abide by the rules and conditions as stated and will assume all risk.  We cannot process refunds.
